When Richard was 17 years old, he visited Amsterdam, Holland with his brother Garn. While they were in there, they attended a concert by the music group Led Zepplin. Before the concert began, Richard and Garn were talking with people sitting close by. Richard asked,  "How did you learn to speak such good English?" They said, "Because we watch American movies and TV." That was the genesis of American Dream English.
