i have taught ESL 20 years, and this is the best book for my beginning students. It is actually a new edition of Basic Grammar in Use. Costs $10 more
The book description should state that this is the newest version of Basic Grammar in Use. I spent $27 to learn that.

Book is great but unfortunately received it damaged while I was visiting California. If only the driver didn't drop and slide it to the door causing the book to get damaged.
